Pressurized tanks and pipes

We design and construct pressurized tanks and pipes, in compliance with the regulation 97/23 CE (PED) and other rules (RINA, ABS, GERMANISCHER LLOYD, ASME), with:

• structural calculations according to “ISPESL raccolta VSR” or others applicable
• use of materials complying with “ISPESL raccolta M” or European standard rules
• construction made by qualified welders and welding procedures according to “ISPESL raccolta S” or others applicable
• possible material essays and destructive or non-destructive testing
• application and conduct of the dossier with notified body
• testing made with notified body
• issue of certificate of compliance and instructions manual

Equipments and plants

We design and construct equipments and plants complying with the directive UE 94/9/CE (ATEX - Equipments intended for use in explosive atmosphere) with:

• Use and instruction manual (annexed II - paragraph 1.0.6)
• Identification plate (annexed II - paragraph 1.0.5)
• Technical file (annexed VIII)
• CE marking (annexed X)
