Suitable for the realization of mixtures for the production of a wide variety of semi-finished products, able to dose powder and liquid materials according to a sequence program and with the possibility to handle simultaneously the temperature of preparation, the sequence of ingredients, time, speed of mixing and other variable factors. Equipped with quick opening for control of operations, corrections, sampling, and/or manual loading. Equipped with an automatic washing system, it can be interfaced with existing CIP systems.
